Project Summary

Completed 2015, the Gateridge Court Office Building is one of the first commissioned Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) third-party financed solar installations in the State of Iowa. Ideal Energy collaborated with top legal experts with years of experience in Iowa wind industry finance, to comply with regulatory and legislative mandates and ensure the financial viability of the project.

The Gateridge Office Building is occupied in part Maharishi University of Management, who now enjoys the benefit of solar powered classrooms.
