Bookkeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ideal Energy is seeking to hire a part-time bookkeeper to oversee and perform duties related to all aspects of general accounting, including A/R, A/P, cost accounting, payroll. This position reports to the CFO.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • General financial accounting
  • Job costing, which includes working closely with the project management team
  • Manage A/R and A/P for timely transactions
  • Oversee all functions of payroll
  • Sales tax reporting
  • Workers Compensation insurance management
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual data for CFO
  • Assist in budget management and reporting


  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting required. An accounting degree is preferred. This position is open immediately, and will initially be 30 hours a week, and potentially be full-time.
